Presented by Nam Hwa Opera, the grand production The Legend of White Snake – A Harmony of Four Operas will be staged from September 5 to 7, 2025. The title “A Harmony of Four Operas” reflects a bold new interpretation by Nam Hwa Opera, make four distinguished Chinese opera styles — Peking Opera, Wu Opera, Yue Opera and, Teochew Opera— come together on one stage for the very first time. Each genre will showcase its unique vocal style, performance techniques, and cultural expression, giving audiences a rare opportunity to experience the rich diversity of Chinese opera traditions in one seamless narrative.  In the play, the Peking Opera segment will be performed by outstanding artists from the Shanghai Peking Opera Troupe; the Wu Opera portion will be presented by Opera Wu De Zhejiang; the Yue Opera scenes will be brought to life by Shaoxing Xiaobaihua Yue Opera Troupe; and the Teochew Opera segments will be performed separately by Teochew Opera Troupe of Guangdong Province, Baihua Chao Opera Theatre, and Singapore Nam Hwa Opera. 由南华潮剧社主办的大戏《四戏同辉·千年白蛇传》将于2025年9月5日至7日隆重上演。演出标题“四戏同辉”旨在打破传统呈现方式，首度集结京剧、婺剧，越剧，潮剧四大剧种同台演绎。以各自独特的唱腔、身段与艺术风格重塑《白蛇传》的经典段落，展现南北剧种的多元风采与文化魅力, 共同演绎这部流传千年的经典之作《白蛇传》。其中京剧段落由上海京剧院的优秀演员出演；婺剧部分由浙江婺剧艺术研究院担纲呈现；越剧部分则由浙江绍兴小百花越剧团倾情演出；潮剧片段则将由广东粤东潮剧院、广东省百花潮剧院及新加坡南华潮剧社三方分别呈献。我们诚邀您共赏这场跨越剧种与地域的戏曲盛宴，感受中华戏曲艺术的璀璨光华！
