“Inheritance” refers to the transmission and preservation of cultural heritage. Chinese Opera, as an intangible cultural heritage, requires the training of successors who can inherit its art. This not only involves showcasing the unique humanistic charm and cultural value of intangible cultural heritage but also aims to instill in them a love for this heritage. Nam Hwa Opera selects opera talents within their curriculum, allowing children to perceive, understand, and create opera. These children are not only the main performers of opera but also represent the extensive and profound Chinese culture that is rooted in opera tradition.

The special performance titled “The Legacy In Me” encompasses both civil and military aspects, displaying all four major trades – “Sheng,” “Dan,” “Jing,” and “Chou” – on one stage. This allows for a competition between literary drama and martial drama.
